We strive to provide the best talent to our clients, so our staff members are carefully selected via a thorough and diligent recruitment process. All staff members are screened, interviewed and compliance trained before coming on board with us, to ensure we hire only the best of the best.

Compliance

All Right to Work checks are conducted prior to hiring.

References are compulsory and all references must be received before our staff members can begin with our clients.

We conduct full DBS checks on all staff members.

All staff members complete mandatory online training and a 2-day face-to-face training course.

Medication training and shadowing opportunities are provided for those responsible for administering medication.

Shadow shifts are always encouraged and are free of charge to our clients, to allow our staff members to meet the team, the people they will be supporting and familiarise themselves with the practices and procedures of the business.
